ll prices are net wholesale. Orders are shipped with a prepayment by a company check/cashiers check written
to Arreola Designs Inc or a major credit card payment at the time of shipping. Established customers might be approved
for a Net 30 account with a credit application. Shipping charges will be added to final invoice. If you are a new
customer please provide us with 3 credit references when you place the order.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to foreign currency and duty fluctuations.
- Invoices unpaid after 30 days are subject to 1.7% late fee per month.
- There will be a $25.00 charge on each returned check.

ost of our ornaments and decorations are ordered from our vendors in Poland specifically for you. These
items will be delivered at the agreed upon date. We do accept orders for a later ship date, however we can not
guarantee on time delivery for all orders with ship date later than October 10. Please allow 4-7 weeks for delivery.
We have limited stock on hand. Items in stock are processed within 72 hours of receiving your order and
payment unless a later date is specified. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your in-stock
order, depending on your selected shipping method. If we are temporarily out of stock, back orders will be
shipped as soon as the merchandise becomes available unless you notify us otherwise. Shipping charges for the continental United States are flat 8% of total purchase
for Pacific and Mountain time zones and 10% for the Central and Eastern time zones. Please call for charges to any
other destinations. Shipping charges are not refundable.

n the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged or broken during shipping, please notify Arreola Designs
Inc. via phone or email of the damage within 72 hours of receipt of your order. We will provide instructions
on returning the item and arrange for a replacement. We are unable to accept returns or issue credits after
72 hours. It is responsibility of the buyer to inspect the shipment.
No allowance will be made by us for damage in transit for which the carrier is liable. Any claims against
the carrier must be made directly to the carriers offices.
